Why Are We Beginning to Hate Congress? All this recent Congress bashing may be new for some, but for me I’ve despised Congress for as long as I’ve been voting. Yes Congress is elected from varying districts with varying demographic makeups. However Congress is suppose to act in the best interests of the nation as a whole. I’m 65 years old and I’ve never seen that happen in my lifetime.
