Memo portrays UN chief wanting control, secrecy Well since all the people who work at the UN are not elected by citizens of any nation, but appointed by tin-horn dictators, commies, socialists, and God knows who else this would be SOP. The UN chief being appointed by those not elected and on a rotating continent basis. Real democracy here huh?
