Army review: Troop use in Ala. shootings broke law

When this happened I said it was illegal.  This was a job for Al state troopers not the US Army.  The police fool who asked for US Army intervention is as much to blame as the fool in the US Army who granted the request. Both should have known the rules before they acted. Once again incompetence ruled the day.
